Hello. Very Good morning. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. As per your history given, it is not well cleared that the Pain abdomen over right side, is exactly more in which area, upper or lower Quadrant. I am totally agreed that you should go for an Ultrasound Whole abdomen to Rule out Gall bladder stones,  kidney stones or an Acute appendicitis as soon as possible. Don't take excessive painkillers unnecessarily, the utmost priority is to have a final diagnosis,  which is causing you the Pain, or May be it is Acute Gastritis which means Acidity, bloating, heaviness In upper abdomen and excessive flatulence. Kindly seek an opinion from a Laproscopic surgeon for the evaluation and treatment. Regards
