I took Ipill within 8hrs after sex. Then on 8th February after 5days I got periods and it was heavy but stopped after 5days. I got Abdominal pain on 4th day of my period and it is still there. What is reason for Lower Abdominal pain??

You probably got your normal period. You need to do an ultrasound lower abdomen to identify the cause.
