Abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I took Ipill within 8hrs after sex on 3rd February. And got periods on 8th February. It was heavier than normal and the bleeding is stopped now. Abdominal pain started on 4th day of my period and it is still there. I feel mild pain in my lower Abdominal around my ovary. Is it some kind of infection?? What should I do??
