I have lower abdominal pain at right side. 6mnths ago i i had frequent UTI and doctor advised me to do ultrasound ...then in that I had intramural cyst (3.2 cm ) ..After that every day I have pain in my abdomen (while passing urine also).my stomach s enlarged and looks like I'm 6 month pregnent
