Abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have been pain in stomach in right side. And middle of the abomen... in usg there is in the report found some gas problem , uti and gti.. what does mean of bright coarse echogenicity in pancreas and calyceal system is bright in kidneys.... can't understand this ... And I feel vomit like when pain runs.. Should I need to go for ct scan ?

I would advise you to take a CT to confirm your diagnosis as per the report there is calculi (stone) in your pancreas and your kidney which would be confirmed through CT scan. Your symptoms along with your report is suggestive of renal calculi and pancreatitis. You will require further evaluation and treatment right away. Drink plenty of fluids(Aim at drinking around 4-5 liters of water per day)
