  3. Abdominal pain. Standing no such pain.

Abdominal pain
I have been experiencing abdominal pain at belly button from past 15 days. Pain will occur once in a while there is a movement of left arm or body (especially left side) or in sitting position when pressure is on my stomach. The pain will be for 1 second max. while on sleep or standing no such pain.
