Abdominal pain during pregnancy

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Almost 3 month pregnant and due to outside food my stomach is aching like hell..Not able to move..Vomiting frequency has increased and due to my pregnancy I can't take normal medication..Suggest some medicines or othe solutions
