Abdominal pain
Dear Dr. , Since 2-2.5 years I m suffering from an abdominal pain which is really severe. I had been diagnosed with gastritis h.pylori but after giving medication the doctor declared that I m fine but the pain continued. Later when I went to the doctor he suggested me to take tryptomer for brain rest so that there would be less acid secretion, but unfortunately that also didn't worked for me. Now the pain is really frequent almost everyday and it is very very much paining. Please help... I m in real need I can't handle it anymore... Please reply fast...

You should first make sure that there is nothing else than that gastritis which is causing the severe pain. As you may mistake some other cause for that. Try a antacid with local anaesthetic such as Mucaine Gel 2 tsp thrice daily.
Next Steps
Ultrasound Abdomen

Avoid spicy & fatty foods
