Abdominal pain and sometimes fever

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Sir, good evening...i have pain abdomen for two days .Dr. advised me to go through USG of whole abdomen...result is Grade 2 fatty changes in liver with homogeneous texture and mild splenomegaly, no ascites or fluid filled dilated bowel loops, horse shoe kidney without obvious calculus or hydronephrosis.

Looks like ur USG abdomen is inconclusive to explain cause of pain. Better follow up with Ur treating Dr for further management. USG sensitivity is around 50-60% hence it's information need to be correlated clinically.
