Abdominal pain and faint pregnancy line

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I had taken a home pregnancy test on 26 feb and 27 feb... Both came silghtly positive, ghostly faint line appeared.. Went to gynecologist.. He confirmed my pregnancy bt called me after 2 weeks for ultrasound but dint took any test . Now whenevr i m taking test it is coming NEGATIVE . Blood test not done here.abd pain and fatigue. Am i pregnant?
