Abdominal pain (acidity)

Asked for Male, 26 Years

This is first time, I have abdominal pain since 2 days with 3-4 times liquid bitter taste vomiting. If I get meal I feel vomiting. Yesterday I got mild fever and body pain but today they disappeared only having sever irritating pain in stomach near chest. I took simethicone and omee tablet but not feel well. So please suggest good prescription thank you.
