Abdominal Discomfort
34 Years/Male. Constant Delocalized whole lower Abdominal Discomfort below the navel for last few months. Muscle stress like feeling like as if I have done extensive physical work, but I don't do such work. I do take walk around 4km in the morning and evening combined, but not particularly exercise. Discomfort increases as the day passes and peaks in the evening before going to bed. Sometimes associated with bloating but not always. Sometimes discomfort in Upper abdominal area but not always. Discomfort increases while sitting or bending, feel better while standing/laying. Normal Urine and stool. No constipation and no diarrhea. No abnormality in urine or bowel activities. No loss of Appetite, No fatigue, No weight loss, No nausea. No heartburn, belch, sore throat or acidic fluid in the mouth. Never Drank, Never Smoked, and vegetarian. No other observable condition in the body. No ongoing medication or in recent past. No family history of this type of condition Ultrsound and LFT OK
