Abdominal cramps with loose motion
Hi, My mother 70 years of age. Recently got discharged after a brain stroke conservative line of treatment. Till yesterday she was badly and heavily constipated and was suffering with pain since 1 week. She wasn't able to pass urine also. P enema was done and CIC. Urine was evacuated after CIC .but again she couldn't pass urine. Floleys Catheter is attached now. After enema, she passed too much stool. And now it's loose motion with pain. Fresh eaten things are now getting out through loose motion. Her BP had also dropped and she is on NS saline and bp is back to around 105/70 Please help with her abdominal cramps.

Stop her duphalac syp . it can cause bloating loose motions and cramps  .. if she has passed motions..stop duphalac or adjust dose as per requirement for constipation
