Abdominal cramp in pregnancy
I had this huge lower abdominal cramp yesterday. it
subsided after some time .after that I was feeling a little bit of cramp every now and then . consulted with my doctor.he advised me to get an ultrasound done on an urgent basis .this is the report.is everything normal or should I be worried?

U have 1 fibroid in ur uterus
Pain could be because of that or even in early pregnancy due to pregnancy changes mild cramps could be there
