I am a 41 yr old female.I've been having a dull pain in the right iliac fossa since 2 weeks. Pain is mild, but disturbing and constant. As if something is in there.
Got ultrasound done and all blood reports. Everything is normal. No bowel change or
any other symptoms.. otherwise perfectly healthy.

Next Steps
Please visit a general surgeon for clinical evaluation and examination, who will interpret the investigations done in the light of these apparently normal findings
