Hello gm..my wife is pregnant of m 1.5 month..she have symptomos of upeeer abdomen to loweer belly button pain..nausea.she is unable to stand properly..due to abdomen pain..while she lying down on bed get relief..please help...nd tell the medicine of unpregnancy for her 1.5 month pregnancy..thanks
