I gave birth 2 months back via c section, now I feel pain above the incision ( saggy abdominal muscle when I press on it)
I feel pain only when I press it .. is. It normal please advise
Please help me to get rid of it

Abdominal muscles become weak and saggy. During C section nerves are cut which are coming in the path when incision is given.
It will take time to regenerate and tissues to heal.
Take protein ,iron and calcium rich diet
Remain active..
