Hi I have been put Mirena on Feb 24th.. till date I have bleeding n cramps.. bleeding s little but has to use pads. Cramps n low back pain at niight r horrible n unable to bear d pain.. my doc has advised me to take deviry once daily.. my question s can I take painkillers continuously for abt a week?
