A weird situation
Whenever my penis is in normal condition the foreskin doesn't completely cover the head. And when it gets hard the foreskin opens completely by itself. I don't know if the foreskin not covering the head completely is a medical condition or not. Could you please explain I can't even talk to anyone about this and I even asked my parents I never had circumcision.

It's a variation of short foreskin. It causes no problems. Ignore about it.
