A very small cist on left testicle.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am 21 yrs old. Feeling a very small cist on left testicle making me uncomfortable. Very very small cist having some liquid type feeling. As far as i searched on the internet i guess its spermatocele. Please help me what to do. I an tensed. Is there any serious concern?
