A unsystematic grwth of flesh on my back

It is a long time I noticed it and it is increasing in size day by day. There is no pain in it. It is like an attached flesh on my back. I need to know will it creat any problem ? I want to remove it so kindly suggest the specialist segment of doctor to whom I should meet? I have attached an image of the same
