My Dad is 62 years old. He experiences a pain in right side of chest, not very frequently. Angiogram suggests the following :
LMCA : Distal left main has 40% stenosis
LAD : Type III vessel, ostio-proximal LAD has 80% stenosis
LCX : Co-dominant, distal LCX has 70-80% stenosis, followed by mild plaque
RCA : Co-dominant, proximal RCA has 40% stenosis
He has hypertension and has had
kidney stones earlier.
What is best treatment option for him?
