A pain in right side of chest
My Dad is 62 years old. He experiences a pain in right side of chest, not very frequently. Angiogram suggests the following : LMCA : Distal left main has 40% stenosis LAD : Type III vessel, ostio-proximal LAD has 80% stenosis LCX : Co-dominant, distal LCX has 70-80% stenosis, followed by mild plaque RCA : Co-dominant, proximal RCA has 40% stenosis He has hypertension and has had kidney stones earlier. What is best treatment option for him?

If he is diabetic, then best is CABG i.e. Bypass surgery. Otherwise angioplasty is also as good with lesser complications than cabg
