A fibroid is detected in TVS

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I am diabetic and planning my second baby. Have been diagnosed with a fibroid measuring 3.6*2.8*3.3 encroaching into lower endometrial shadow. I want to know the risk factor. Are there chances of miscarriage with this fibroid? I had a miscarriage in Feb'17 which was 21 weeks.
