A bump like thing near the labia majora

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Since last 3-4 days, I am feeling a bump like growth near my vaginal opening (labia majora) on thigh. Seems it has pus accumulated in it. Warm and tender on touch. Also running down with fever from around 4-5 days approx 100-101° C. The bump sometimes creates difficulty while walking as the my lower touches in that area. Is it due to any kind of vaginal infection or urinary infection or something other. Please let me know.
