A ball next to my toe nd tat ball hurts

I had an ingrown toe nail before for months thoe i didnt cut it cuz it was hard to cuz the pain finally i did it nd now a lil ball grew next to my toenail nd it hurts really bad ive had a cream for it but it takes the pain away but i ran out nd pos it hasnt recovered yet its still the same size tat lil ball
