My baby is 9 months old today 2 days back she biten by honey bee no swelling little bit redness and little bit crying from yesterday she get fever morning I checked 99.1 degree at evening 98.1 then also I give paracetamol at night 12 again I checked that time 101.1 at 2 I give paracetamol again at the morning 99.1 degree what should I do now

Hi! How does area look ? Any swelling ?
Temperature above 99.5 you can continue giving paracetamol and if fever is persistent more than 48 hours, consult pediatrician online.
