97 sugar post lunch 3 hours is normal level. Frequent urination in children can occur due to increased water intake, habit/behavioral causes, anxiety, weather changes, or sometimes urine infection/constipation. If she is otherwise active with no excessive thirst, weight loss, bedwetting, fever, burning urine, or increased hunger, it is less likely to be diabetes.
