Hi I am 5 ft 5 inch when i started my pregnancy journey i was 65 kilo now am in my 6 th month and weight is 74.My fasting sugar test result was normal ,BP is normal only my TSH level was high after pregnancy so i a have started medication as per my gynocologist suggestions. Here i am attaching a screenshot of my weight gaining per week/month. So i just wanted to know is it normal or i need to check my weight as i have already gained 9 kgs .I am really worried please suggest me what to do .

Hello welcome to practo.com,you are pregnant and have hypothyroidism and weight gain is more as you wrote ,in a normal pregnanancy about 13 to 14 kg can be increased,now take thyronorm regularly and start eating fruits and vegetables and start walking,eat protein diet and avoid carbohydrates. and keep a check on BP and you can consult regularly online on practo prime.
