8mm Muscular tissue 2 month after d&c

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Please find attachment of previous question answered by Dr. to get done sonography to check uterus abnormility.If it is clear take OC pills for 2 months. To be continued attached question. On 13/8 and 14/8 excessive bleeding with muscular tissue shown in attachment. Please advice for proper direction.
