Since today morning my daughter got sore throat and fever 102.8 ,no other symptoms and no travel history, she had only online classes attend, what should be given? please tell me,i used pcm syrup only.since 3 days she tensed about exams.

Hello , give antibiotic also based on weight of child. Continue paracetamol. Give Luke warm water
