A detailed history regarding your weeks of pregancy and type of cough with or without sputum is needed! Ideally for first 3 months of pregnancy , most medicines are given with caution as most of the baby's organs are forming. Mild viral infections generally resolve with rest, plenty of fluids, warm saline gargles and steam inhalation. If still the infection persist, a thorough chest examination by your doctor followed by antihistaminics and antibiotics is needed.
Next Steps
Mild fever and cough generally doesn't effect the ongoing pregancy and don't need aggressive treatment.

The risk for the baby depends on the month of pregnancy and the severity of infection. Mild viral infection doesn't cause harm to the baby.
Next Steps
Take warm water, do warm saline gargles and steam inhalation. If the fever becomes high grade, or you have severe cough, wheeze or breathlessness then consult a doctor immediately.

Mild cold, sore throat, and low-grade fever usually do not affect the baby. Your past history of bronchitis is unlikely to cause harm, but monitor your symptoms.
Next Steps
Rest, fluids, steam inhalation, and paracetamol if needed
Health Tips
Consult your doctor if fever persists, cough worsens, or you develop breathing difficulty.
