8 days delayed in period negative test

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hello Doc, I had pcod and I conceived with treatment I had healthy pregnancy and my doll is 18 months now. 9 months after my delivery I had my periods which started coming regularly in 35 to 45 days that is my cycle which was earlier also but not regular, but after delivery it came regular. This time after 8 months I misses my period it's 8 days delayed, I did test after 5 days it was negative. Today I did test it showed invalid. What can be the reason
