Hi, my baby boy is 7months old, he has fallen from bed on his back and we observed his head, stomach and back are very warm, checked with doctor nearby he says he is fine and suggested to give paracetamol. Even Next day after fall his head, stomach and back are very hot, temp is 37,6. Only after giving paracetamol his temperature is reducing. Please advise what to do?
Note: Before the fall from bed, these parts were never this hot. It seems normal. Since the fall the temp is so warm in these 3 areas.

Kindly measure temperature and give paracetamol if temperature more than 99.5°F. Watch for danger signs like lethargy, vomiting, refusal to feed, abnormal movement. If any signs kindly consult pediatrician
The temperature quoted maybe normal for the baby.
After the fall the significant changes which are concerning are an excessive irritability/ lethargy at the age, vomiting, alteration of consciousness, weakness of a body part esp the eyes, seizures. Watch out for these symptoms if present, seek immediate hospital admission./ consultation.
You have not mentioned how you are measuring the temperature - axillary/ ear/ forehead. We can advise about the temperature rise accordingly but it doesn’t seem important for now
