Dear Sir/Mam My wife has 7week of pregnancy she is suffering continuous nausea and vomiting.she loss her wt. 3 to 4 kg in the last one month. Due to lockdown, we are not able to move any where for  visit to a local doctor. Please suggest us ultrasound is required for the same. Or any Medicines.

Congratulations for your pregnancy. As she has continuous nausea and vomitting and also has lost weight,she can be started on tab doxinateplus once daily before bed. Even after using it,if she still has vomittings, she can use tab ondem MD4 as and when required. Getting a scan is advisable if not done.
