My wife is about to complete her 7 month pregnancy,due to lockdown she is unable to go for sonography test so is it ok or we have to worry about this. Can she consume Dabur Chyavanprash for good health of herself and baby.

If she has had previous normal scans she can wait till 32 wks for the scan re. But earlier grrowth parameters should be normal. Can have Iron, calcium, folic acid, protein powder, good diet, keep active till then. No idea about Chawanprash

Sonography is no urgency if everything is going fine till now. You may get it done in 2 weeks time. She can consume whatever she wants if she is non diabetic so get blood sugar done with glucose load which is mandatory for all pregnant mothers at around 7 months if not done.

If the previous scans are normal then Growth scan with Doppler can be done at 30-32 weeks. Do not worry.
Just have healthy and high protein diet so baby's growth will not hamper.
