Feeling pain at lower side is normal but if it is accompanied with regular tightening of uterus and opening of uterus then it might lead to premature labour. So she needs rest with medication, if it is so. Moreover if this feature persists then it is better to take injectable steroids 2 doses to attain lung maturity of baby if she lands up in premature delivery.
