7 month old pooping a lot and not eating

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi my son (7month old) is not taking anything except breastmilk from past 4 days and is pooping 7to 8times a day from past two days. We just came from canada 2weeks back he is okay in the initial days and ate cerelac but is refusing from past 4 days.What is ithe reason for it should i worry ?Are there any alternatives other than cerelac Please can you give any suggestions what to feed him Thanks
