7 month old baby not sleeping.

Asked for Female, 1 Years

Appreciate. Baby was 3.02kg/49cms at Birth. Now she is 7.25kg/69cms. All vaccinations gvn as per schedule. Started solids after 5 months as prescribed by pediatrician. Baby is eating 4 times/day. Doesn't sleep, doesn't know to soothe herself. Wakes up multiple times at night & nurses continuously. Requires heavy rocking. Cries a lot when sleepy.

Regularity is the key,including meals,give 2 milk feeds and 4 solid meals at FIXED times,give her a quiet,comfortable surrounding at sleep time. Having said that,IF this problem is long standing,consult your paediatrician.
