7.5 month old baby isn't crawling
Hello Doctor My 7.5 month old baby girl hasn't started crawling yet. She can sit without support, stand for couple of seconds with minimum support and rolls around the room to reach for things but isn't crawling. Whenever I keep things little away and encourage her to crawl, she stretches her arms to reach for it and she gets frustrated and starts crying if she couldn't reach. Should I worry? How should I encourage her?

Dear parents, It, start with head holding than back rolling, sitting, crawling, standing with support &without support, all happen one after another. So wait &support.

She is just 7.5month. first she has to sit properly without support that happyat 9month thereafter only crawling starts. Though she is sitting now. That doesn't mean she may crawl. You just wait and watch for another 1minth. Hopefully you are supplementing her with Vitamin D, calcium etc. Keep in touch with your pediatrician if it doesn't happen after 1month for her examination
Health Tips
