  4. 6weeks 6days pregnant. To take care?

Today we have taken the sonography ...we have got the heartbeat of the baby ...with some complecation...minimal perisac fluid is present...approx vol 1.3cc...dr have given some medication but I want to take other Doctors openion also... please give me chances and precautions to take care
