60 mg bilastine in a day
My ENT doctor has prescribed bilastine 40 mg empty stomach in the morning and bilastine -M in the evening for allergic sinusitis. Also nasal steroid Flutiday two puffs each twice a day , lubrinase nasal spray twice a day and MUCINAC-AB.
Please clarify that so much bilastine ( 60mg) can be taken in a day. Also what is the use of Mucinac -AB in allergic sinusitis.

Only one nasal spray is enough at night and Montelukast with bilastine only once a day is enough, that too at night

Bilastine Maximum dose that can be given safely is 40mg however the recommended dose is only 20mg. It a long acting so single administered dose is recommended.
No to be given in divided doses
And no role of Mucinac-ab
