6 weeks pregnancy
My wife is now 6 weeks pregnant. She had a scan which shows a fetal pole , gsac, and yolk sac, and doctor mentioned there is aflickering heart beat , but it wasn't evident. Her beta hcg levels have increased from 1000 to 5000 only in 2 weeks time. Is not finding heart beat an issue?

The heart beat can sometimes become clear and regular at 7weeks so do not worry but beta HCG rise is too less so please consult a Gynaec who will give u progeteron hormone supplements and can consider HCG injections.I will advise rest and healthy diet and to repeat scan in a week.
