Black stool is not normal condition. This may indicate upper gastrointestinal bleeding. That may lead to anaemia.
Do stool test for occult blood, CBC and urine R&M.
For symptomatic relief you may try
Syrup Sucral 10 ml empty stomach 1 hour before meal and at bed time.
Tab. Pantop 40 mg empty stomach once a day.
