My baby is due for her 6 week injection...what is the procedure...is one injection is given with mixture of six vaccines? Or there is another procedure...plz explain...

Combination of six vaccines is given routinely. Additional two other vaccines like pnuemococcal and rotvirus can also be given on same day. Rotavirus and polio are given through oral. Rest others are injectables. Mild fever and swelling is usual after vaccination. To avoid that painless vaccines can be preferred
