6 day old hadn't pooped in 2 days
My 6 day newborn who is totally on breastfeed hasn't pooped in 2 days. She is crying while feeding , passing lots of gas. Urine output is good and frequent. Please suggest if it is a concern if she hasn't pooped in 2 days.

No,problem ,if baby is exclusively breast fed,and have no discomfort and passing gas ,then no worry some baby pass 6-7 times/day and some after 5-6days ,both are normal.

In the first week of life, most babies pass stool several times a day, especially if breastfed. However, some healthy newborns may skip stools for a day or two, especially if:
The meconium was passed within 24–48 hours after birth
The baby is feeding well and urinating regularly
The baby is not vomiting and the abdomen is soft, not distended
You can wait up to 5-6 days if baby is active and passing urine adequately
Next Steps
Continue frequent feeding (every 2–3 hours if breastfeeding)
Gentle tummy massage or bicycle leg movements
Observe for next 24 hours; many babies pass stool spontaneously

I assume that the baby has already passed meconium after birth and it’s only last 2 days that the problem is there.
Since the baby is passing gas it’s not a cause of concern. Hopefully, no vomiting
You have mentioned she cries while feeding - hopefully you have no soreness of nipples/ inflammation or any breast signs. Is the baby latching well?
Burp well for at least 20 min after feeds

Keep feeding the baby well - breastfed babies usually pass soft and frequent stools. So check that she is well hydrated - passes at least 6-8 times urine in 24 hours. So please wake up the baby every 2-4 hours to breastfeed.
