5th month Pregnancy- Anxiet and tensions
Hello... im in my 5th month pregnancy since covid-19 started im not having peace of mind... im having doubt everytime though my husband don't go outside except for vegitables... im worried is there chances to get infection by vegitables and fruits... ? Im washing veggies in baking soda n salt water then again two times in plain water... though im having doubt to touch them...its ok however we will cook n have them what about fruits...? My gynecologist told me to have daily any of one fruit im worried a lot... after having apple i will be in anxiety like... what will happen to my baby... i have seen vegitable n fruit cleaning solution is available... is it good n safe to me n my baby if i use that... pkz plz clear my doubts im worried a lot...

Hi. Please donot let anxiety spoil your pregnancy . How you are cleaning the veg is correct . Fruits you wash in running water and keep them in sunlight for some time . After coming fm outside wash your hands . Or else wear gloves to handle every thing . Do steaming once a day . Drink warm water . No need for cleaning solution . You will be fine . Stay at home be safe .
