My child's poop is greenish in colour from today, is it anything to worry about, or is it because I've started taking iron supplements, and he's exclusively in breastfeeding. And he's having cough and cold from last 2 weeks, but his cough got worse from last 3 days, and i could feel he's having slight redness in his throat too, I'm giving him levolin syp. From last 3 days 2ml b.d. but no improvement. What shall you prescribe?

It could be greenish due to phlegm also. Or if he is on formula or any ghutti. Also if he is receiving more of foremilk during breastfeeds
