5.9 yrs old daughter has vaginal dischar

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 5.9 years old. She occasionally has vaginal discharge. Today i checked her underwear and she had a Lil in it and on her pubic area as well. Is it normal. There is no pain or smell or itching. We took a urine culture and ultrasound a week back for stomach pain and everything was normal.i gave attached a pic. Please advise. I'm worried. She was telling me earlierthat she sometimes feels a drop of something in her area abd I now realized it's discharge. It happens on and off though. Not everyday. But it's definitely there. Please advice. Should i observe or use an ointment or is this normal in toddlers. Thank you in advance.

Clean the vaginal area with betadene solution 3-4 times in a day by yourself and make sure she is wearing clean underwear. Also ask the child to maintain hygiene and double check yourself if she is doing so. Follow this for 1 week.
