4weeks pregnancy positive in urine

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I got period on January 19th,after 6th day again Started lite bleeding ,after taking pause 500 for 1week also got heavy bleeding on 17th 18th day.so dr suggested me to check preganews.i got positive in 3rd week only but nothing seen in scan.I got admitted in hospital for 3days to stop bleeding.again 28th day went to hospital got scanned in that seen echo-6mm, dominant follicle seen in right ovary. Again today tested got positive in preganews. Why it's not showing in scan.Please dr help me whats happening to me.
