Is it your first pregnancy..
Did you had any complications during this pregnancy..
Usually this much if drugs are not required..
In the first trimester( 12 weeks) in uncomplicated cases only folic acid is required though empirically we may add progesterone upto 12 weeks ..

Looks like you have a history of previous miscarriage or hypertension or a precious pregnancy... because you are on many pregnancy support medications ...
which is usually given when we have a high risk pregnancy..
